Job Descriptions
- At least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA)
- Must have experience in documenting business rules Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective
- Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows
- Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups
- 8+ years of solid experience working in PEGA
- 5+ years of strong experience working as PEGA LBA
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills
- Excellent relationship management skills
