Job Details

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness for the UiPath Platform whether on premise, or in the cloud
  • Define and implement best practices for the CI/CD processes
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness for the CI/CD pipelines
  • Help design the To-Be state of automations, and assist in the creation of the Solution Design Document (SDD)
  • Help set up UiPath environments and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
  • Support UAT and deployments of automations to production and between environments.
  • Having experience with the UiPath platform is a must, having experience with Pega OpenSpan, or Blueprism, platform is a plus.
  • Subject Matter Expert in relation to various RPA tools and functionalities and guide developers to meet the expected outcome.
  • Expertise in handling incidents via service now and troubleshooting methodology for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for different processes.
  • Expertise in handling P1 and P2 incidents.
  • Setting up new UiPath environments for the clients (including UiPath Orchestrator, DC, Dameware, And VMs)
  • Supporting RPA setup and configurations on a client server model.
  • Providing technical support for UiPath and Blue Prism platform and application related issues or minor change requests.
