JOB TITLE: HRIS Analyst
LOCATION: Hybrid in Irving, TX 75039
HRIS system is Success Factor and in-depth working experience is highly preferred. ****************************************************
Assist with implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff. Designs and generates standard and customized reports from a human resource information system (HRIS). Responsible for maintaining the integrity of data in the HRIS, developing and documenting consistent and appropriate data coding structures, and assist with training HRIS users in the proper application of codes and other data entry conventions. Responsible for system updates associated with External Workforce Software system. May serve as a liaison between human resources and IT personnel to resolve programming and functionality problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 20% Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain, updates, and modifies codes, tables, reports, and other systems applications
- 50% Analyzes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains External Workforce system and other related HR systems. Establishes and maintains up-to-date HRIS functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures
- 10% Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- 20% Maintains HRIS integrity, security and performance. Verifies the accuracy of database input through auditing information and monitoring adherence to established controls. Ensures user interactions with HRIS comply with policies and procedures
Skill/Experience/Education
- Mandatory Prerequisites
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts (psychology, sociology, etc.) or equivalent.
- Experience: Typically has a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technical functions.
- Certifications, Licenses, etc: N/A
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Language Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mathematical Skills: Good math application skills.
- Reasoning Skills: Good knowledge of HR operations and administration. Knowledgeable of company benefits and compensation programs. Excellent planning, time management, decision-making, and organization skills.
- Computer and/or Technical Skills: PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software, in particular PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office.

- Noise: Moderate noise level.
- Standing/Lifting: May be required to lift 25 lbs boxes/packages
- Visual: May require close visual work; required to view presentation materials of a visual nature.
