Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. In this role, you will function as a vital bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring that solutions effectively address business requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing needs, implementing tailored solutions, and providing essential support and training.

Responsibilities:

Analyze client business requirements to develop tailored Odoo solutions.

Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of clients.

Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams to ensure alignment of project goals.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for business improvement.

Provide training and ongoing support to clients on implemented solutions.

Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and process guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Review and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Odoo solutions.
Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including gap analysis.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.
Experience with project management and implementation processes.
Familiarity with call center operations and customer service practices.
Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and clients.
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
