Job Title: System Architect for Software Defined Vehicle
Location : USA
Experience: 15+ Year
Job Description:
Project involves architecting, designing, developing, and deploying Software Defined Vehicle solutions across multiple vehicle programs. Entire ecosystem development of the SDV program is under scope with multiple stakeholder involvement.
Responsibilities:
Design System architecture that is flexible and robust for the future of a Vehicle Software Platform; including modeling, software tools, and automated generation of software artifacts to support the platform
Lead the strategy and development of the Vehicle Software architecture
Lead design reviews with specialists as well as industry professionals
Architect and Design software in a SDV Eco System
Collaborate with engineering, architect community, and business teams in recommending new technologies to ensure innovation, quality, and productivity, and help create technology roadmap
Coach the Software Development scrum team in executing the development deliverables
Qualifications:
Educational:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Competencies:
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices Architecture, Containerization/container development, Digital Twin, Cloud Native Architecture
Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), ECU Software Platforms
Experience with Virtualization technologies, Hypervisors
Experience with Android, Edge, Cloud, IoT technologies.
Experience in Agile development Methodology, CI/CD, DevSecOps
Strong leadership, excellent coordination, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage/effectively work with geographically dispersed teams
High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative/self-directed
Experience in migration of legacy architecture to service-oriented architecture
Experience in Containerized deployment on embedded/edge platforms
Experience in safety / mixed-criticality deployments
