Summary
SWE Operations & Planning provides strategic planning and tactical operations support across Software Engineering (SWE). This includes communications, design, and event production services; global space planning; and employee onboarding, technical training, and career development opportunities via Software University. We are looking for a collaborative, results oriented, and innovative person to led the audio/visual production of various internal events for the SWE organization and partner groups.Candidates should have a passion for seeking exciting and novel ways to reach employees; foster an environment focused on elevating the employee experience, a commitment to excellence, and delivering extraordinary events. The ideal candidate is a team player and self-starter and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills are necessary, as you will coordinate with cross-functional teams across Apple.

Description
- Manage virtual, hybrid and in-person employee events from end to end - Knowledge and experience with digital, live-streamed, and in-person and hybrid event environments, platforms, and tools - Partner in-depth with internal and external production teams - Manage end-to-end event programming, including communications, coordinate venue needs, room set-up, ordering supplies, training materials, creating schedules, and facilitating issue resolution - Work with stakeholders to create materials and processes that further the employee experience - Facilitate training sessions for cohorts of employees, based on program needs
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event production in a corporate environment

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,518 and $178,600 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
