Job Details


  1. Design, implement, and maintain security configurations within the Workday HCM system to ensure proper access controls.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into security configurations.
  3. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  5. Provide user support and troubleshooting for security-related issues within the Workday system.
  6. Stay updated on Workday security best practices and new features to optimize system security.
  7. Work closely with IT and HR teams to integrate security practices into the overall IT infrastructure.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (6+ years) working with Workday HCM as a security analyst or administrator.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Workday security concepts, including role-based permissions, security groups, and business process security.
  4. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and SOX.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot security issues effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Workday Security Certification (desired but not mandatory).
  8. Experience with other HR systems and integrations is a plus.
  9. Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices.
