Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous development and maintenance product definitions, business logic, and configuration rules.
- Partner with multiple Business Analysts and technical teams to enhance system functionality.
- Understand complex manufacturing processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership or similar roles.
- Strong technical aptitude—ability to understand system integrations (coding not required).
- Manufacturing background or experience with complex product structures is a major plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
