About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize compensation models and analytics within ICM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for incentive compensation processes.
Design and validate compensation models and crediting logic using SQL and Excel.
Create advanced Excel reports, pivot tables, and financial models to support payout analysis.
Perform data analysis and validation using SQL across multiple source systems.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate calculation of incentives and commissions.
Develop test cases and support UAT for new compensation plan changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and reporting accuracy.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for querying, analysis, and troubleshooting data.
8+ years of experience working with Incentive Compensation Management platforms such as SAP ICM, Oracle ICM, or Xactly Incent.
Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Varicent ICM or NICE ICM platforms.
Understanding of ETL processes, data integrations, and automation related to compensation systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, BRD writing, and UAT execution.
Exposure to Sales Operations or Finance domain.
