Job Details

Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) functional configuration.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming for developing and modifying HCM programs.
  • Experience with WRICEF elements (Workflow, Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Experience with data migration tools (SAP LSMW, BDC programming, EPI-USE DSM).
  • Experience with SAP data extraction tools (Ad Hoc Query, Report Painter).
  • Experience with configuring Enterprise Structure and Personnel Structure in HCM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Code, test, and implement ABAP programs and modifications in SAP HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to design and build robust SAP solutions.
  • Provide functional/technical services for design, development, testing, and maintenance of SAP software.
  • Perform data updates utilizing tools such as SAP LSMW and EPI-USE Data Sync Manager (DSM).
  • Provide problem resolution for SAP support issues and maintain support logs.
  • Apply updates and fixes to software applications, including OSS note research.
  • Create and configure organizational plan and organizational structure.
