Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance system performance. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while supporting user needs and driving improvements.

Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Warehouse Management Systems, including user access, security settings, and system preferences.
Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and coordinate resolutions with vendors or technical teams.
Provide training and documentation to end users, ensuring effective utilization of WMS functionality.
Lead system upgrades, patches, and integration efforts, ensuring seamless deployment and testing.
Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate data for inventory, orders, and workflow processes.
Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Support disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical warehouse systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related challenges to maintain operational efficiency.
Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize system workflows and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting or administering WMS or similar operational systems.
Proficiency in business analysis and document review.
Familiarity with WMS applications and system functionality.
Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of warehouse or distribution workflows.
Experience with databases and low-code/no-code tools.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
Ability to work cross-functionally and support diverse teams.
