Job Description: IT Business Analyst – Warehouse Management Systems
Experience Level: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead IT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations.
· Possess strong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-end system integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement, and Financial Systems.
· Analyze complex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
· Plan, execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Development, Configuration, QA, and Business Operations—to drive project success.
· Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
· Participate in solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into clear, concise language.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience in IT business analysis within WMS and related supply chain domains.
· Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Additional Information:
· Travel Requirement: Minimum 50%. The consultant will need to travel to the Client warehouse during roll outs (Travel expenses reimbursed by the client).
