Job Details

Our healthcare client on the East Coast will be kicking off a full-platform Workday implementation and is looking to engage an experienced, Workday Supply Chain Analyst to help this effort. This contract position would begin immediately and can be done primarily remote, with some on-site to be requested for milestone / target dates.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the build and configuration of Workday Supply Chain modules
  • Act as the reporting lead, generating reports across Supply Chain functions
  • Perform data exports and data loads, including validation and troubleshooting
  • Assist with item master reviews and data cleansing initiatives
  • Own contract loads, ensuring all items and buildings are correctly aligned and up to date
  • Conduct opportunity analysis and data review for:
  • Inventory optimization
  • Off-contract spend
  • Predictive analytics and trends

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Workday Supply Chain Management experience
  • Strong healthcare background, ideally within hospital systems or healthcare networks
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools, including custom and advanced reporting
  • Familiarity with data governance, cleansing, and analytics within Workday
  • Previous experience managing or supporting contract management and item master data
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a Workday Go-Live
  • Prior involvement in opportunity/spend analysis or strategic sourcing
  • Knowledge of Workday Inventory, Procurement, and Financials
