As a Geospatial Manager MAP, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of geospatial data systems, ensuring efficient data flow and processing. You will work in a hybrid model, leveraging your expertise in Kafka Admin and Hadoop Big Data Admin to enhance data management strategies. Your role will contribute to optimizing data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. 3. Experience : 8 - 12 years 4. Responsibilities : Platform Support & Maintenance Monitor and maintain Hadoop,Spark cloud deployments for performance, availability, and scalability. Perform routine audits, backups, and system health checks. Incident Management Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hadoop,Spark cloud services and integrations. Document incidents and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions. Client Support Provide technical assistance to clients on Hadoop,Spark platform usage and configurations. Guide clients through onboarding and best practices for cloud deployments. Security & Compliance Implement and monitor security measures for Hadoop,Spark cloud environments. Ensure compliance with client-specific regulatory requirements. Collaboration Work closely with Hadoop,Spark engineering and cloud operations teams to deploy updates and patches. Assist in designing and implementing new cloud-based features and enhancements. Training & Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud platform support. Train internal teams and clients on Hadoop,Spark cloud functionalities. Patching and Platform upgrade Work in rotational shifts (including weekends for Morning and Afternoon shift) Participate in on-call support for critical incidents.
