    Senior Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer

    Responsibilities:
    • Collecting and analyzing real estate market data such as transactional data, property data, and economic indicators.
    • Developing and maintaining predictive models and algorithms to forecast real estate market trends and investment opportunities using techniques such as descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.
    • Designing and building machine learning pipelines to automate data processing and analysis.
    • Conducting research on new machine learning techniques and data science best practices to improve models and algorithms.
    • Ensuring data quality and accuracy and troubleshooting data issues as they arise.
    • Developing and implementing data security and privacy measures to protect sensitive real estate investment data.
    • Leading projects related to data science and machine learning for real estate investment.
    • Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders and staying up to date with emerging data technologies and tools in the real estate industry.
    • Ensuring data quality and accuracy and troubleshooting data issues as they arise.
    • Writing and maintaining documentation for data processes and procedures.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment data analysis, with a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java.
    • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Domo.
    • Expertise in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analysis techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry and investment principles is a plus.
