    Full Stack .NET Software Developer

    Duties and Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

    Develop, implement and tests new software features

    Debug and resolve production issues

    Business requirements gathering and end user interaction

    Revise and maintain development environment

    Support integration and QA testing & develop test automation tools

    Ideal Qualifications and Experience

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of programming concepts including Object Oriented Programming

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Experience with modern versions of C# (e.g., 8 or 9) / ASP.NET (Core or 5.0)

    Experience with MS SQL Server

    Experience with HTML/JavaScript/jQuery/CSS

    Experience with modern JavaScript/CSS frameworks, Vue.js in particular is a plus

    Application development and deployment experience in a MS environment

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

    Ability to quickly learn new application systems and technologies

    Equally comfortable working independently with some guidance and closely with team members

    Education and Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

    5+ years experience in programming preferred; any system design considered a plus

    Experience with insurance or payroll systems considered a plus
