Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) to play a pivotal role in Quality Assurance Automation projects. As a specialized member of the software development QA team, you will contribute to the development process and ensuring that products meet a high standard of quality.

Required Experience (6+ years):

  • Experience and deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience preparing and automating functional and regression test scripts.
  • Experience in creating and merging test scripts.
  • Experience with Java
  • Experience with Selenium
  • Experience with TestNG
  • Experience with Appium
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience with Jenkins
  • Experience with Maven
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with Test Rails

 Responsibilities:

  • Write test cases to automate the testing process.
  • Create and maintain frameworks and tools for automated testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA Engineers to define test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Ensure rapid delivery of software updates by integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to test strategy and planning efforts.
  • Participate and facilitate, as needed, business impact analysis meetings with departmental teams to assess downtime impacts, workarounds, and recovery objectives for applications and other dependencies.
  • Develop and update reports, dashboards, and other metrics to communicate the status of disaster recovery activity and overall program health to ITS leadership.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
