Job Details

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of various work efforts against approved budget plan, provide regular status reports of progress.
  • Communicate and maintain project schedules, reporting schedules, and quarterly forecasts.
  • It is the responsibility of the PC Analyst to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that projects are set up to properly capture project costs, and accruals.
  • Primary focus is to ensure all requests submissions are completed by the specified SLA and due date.
  • Assist with pricing inputs and cost analysis on vendor quotes and SOW proposal reviews.
  • Trains and assists peers with finance questions and system concerns.
  • Supports the PMs with preparation of yearly, quarterly, or monthly project budget worksheets to meet department budget and reporting requirements.
  • Manage financial paperwork flow related to purchase orders & invoices by using EXCEL and the Navision financial system.
  • Manage Change Management and Incident Ticket tools, preferably with expertise on Service Now .
