Apex Systems is seeking Sr. DevOps Engineers to work and consult with a top fortune-100 government consulting company within their Aeronautics division working on some of the most cutting-edge work in the aerospace field. Need to know:
- Position: Sr. DevOps Engineer
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required
- Project: Working to build out a new cloud-based infrastructure environment within the AWS Govcloud
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Onsite - due to secure closed-network environment, remote work is not possible for this role
- 4 day work week
The Day to Day: What Will You Be doing?
- Working with a team of 11 consultants
- Building out a new cloud-based infrastructure environment with the AWS Govcloud
- System scripting (Python), virtualization (VMWare) IaC, CI/CD pipeline build, and working with Linux & RedHat
What Do You Need for this Position?
- 5+ years of experience working in DevOps-related tasks
- DevOps experience including with work Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Experience in a Linux/RedHat environment
- Active Secret DoD clearance or higher
