The End-User Engagement Administrator (EUEA) will support the enterprise-wide rollout of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technologies. This position works with business leads to drive the effort to engage users in the adoption of new technologies such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, and Power Platform. This position will also lead communications pertaining to the M365 effort including email communication templates for organization-wide correspondence, training portal design & maintenance, and organization of training materials. Specific responsibilities include:
Develop email communication templates for organization-wide correspondence
Brainstorm with project leads to develop and implement effective communication strategies that build user awareness and engagement
Create informative and interesting emails, announcements, and related engagement materials
Collaborate with Technical Subject matter experts to design course materials
Develop Training curriculum and materials related to Microsoft Office 365 technologies
Facilitate virtual training sessions for Microsoft Office 365 technologies
Coordinate with our customer’s organizational change management branch in the user adoption effort
Train stakeholders including business sponsors/owners, End Users, Service Desk technicians, and IT Staff
Work closely with project leadership to identify communication needs
Work with leadership to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes
At least 5 years of experience supporting the roll-out of new technologies, with responsibilities including training, end-user support, adoption, or organizational change management
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 0ffice 365 technologies including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
At least 2 years of experience in the federal government sector
Experience using, scheduling, running meetings, and recording presentations in WebEx and Teams
Experience training end users and training other trainers
Experience in Microsoft Office Products
Responding to change in a dynamic, enterprise environment
Efficiency with PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent communicator, with exceptional presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
Able to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Must be a US Citizen
Experience supporting federal government customers
Active federal government public trust clearance
Developing Section 508 compliant training materials
