Job Description:
- Coordinate with PM regarding review of project actual, variance explanations and forecast submission
- Consolidate PRJ updates
- Consolidate estimate regarding financial requests for different project initiatives
- Participate and occasionally drive Core Team Meeting
- Create meeting notes for various meetings
- PPMC updates and maintenance
- Execute Project Plan updates
- Upload docs to Share-point, EDRS and / or Shibumi and track approvals
- Extract financial data for various (e.g. Business) decks
- Coordinate with Finance and PM for journal entries
- Partner with PM for various deck updates
- Help support sourcing process, SOW / PO creation, Contract intake form
- EDRS routing and follow ups for approval
- Raise tickets for production issues
- EGR/GR vendor invoices / contractor hours
- Assist team for access/time reporting/finance/time related queries.
- Implement and evaluate PMO processes ; procedures
- Monitor ; report metrics on IT programs ; projects
- Support financial analysis on large projects
- Maintain PMO best practice tools and documentation
- BS in Business or equivalent
- 3+ years IT project management experience
- Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting
- Familiarity with project management sw
