Required Skills:
1. Cisco Calling Subject Matter Expertise (SME) In-depth experience with Cisco telephony systems, including dashboards, Cisco Unity, call recording, and related components.
2. Microsoft Teams Telephony Expertise Proven ability to migrate enterprise calling and conferencing from Cisco to Teams.
3. Ability to work independently and provide technical recommendations throughout migration projects.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
1. AWS Connect (Amazon Connect) Experience with contact center migration and configuration (bonus skill; may lead to contract extension for post-migration support).
