RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Innovation Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Reliability Engineer to track and monitor the reliability and production of our plant or fleet operations. Under general supervision, you will provide technical expertise, implement strategies, and deliver solutions that enhance overall reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Senior Innovation Engineer will lead brainstorming sessions and research external solutions to address site-specific issues
* Implement lessons learned and best practices from internal and external sources
* Drive operational change by influencing processes and behaviors at the site level
* Conduct observations, generate reports, and perform root cause analyses to identify continuous improvement opportunities
* As a Senior Innovation Engineer, you will collaborate with the Chief Innovation Engineer to develop and execute improvement initiatives
* Perform additional duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or a related discipline) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in Engineering (or a related discipline) with 3+ years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in probability, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as SAP, Business Objects, R, Python, SQL, and Excel in a big data environment
* Knowledge of site processes, equipment, SOPs, and operational constraints to enhance safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance
* Skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with mining and processing, including industry terminology and field credibility
* Experience in developing training programs and authoring technical documentation
* Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related Engineering field
* Six Sigma certification or relevant experience
* Persuasive speaking and presentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
