Join a Global Consulting Organization as an SAP Employee Central Payroll Consultant focusing on critical SAP HCM modules. This remote role involves the end-to-end design, configuration, and support of SAP applications, particularly within Time Management and Payroll. You will leverage your technical expertise to deliver solutions, manage testing documentation, and ensure applications meet key business requirements.

responsibilities:
- Perform configuration and support activities within SAP Time-Management and SAP Payroll.
- Provide ongoing application support, including minor enhancements, monitoring, break/fix, and how-to expertise.
- Design and build application configurations to align with business processes.
- Develop and modify PCRs and schemas for Time Evaluation and Payroll processes.
- Prepare Unit Test Scripts and documentation for business User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
qualifications:
5-8 years of technical experience with SAP HCM Payroll for the USA and Canada (including Taxes, Benefits, and Vacations).
Proven background in application design, configuration, and support/monitoring.
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and CATS (Positive & Negative time).
Proficiency in English; Bachelor's degree required.
