Description
We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join our team in the service industry, located in Plano, Texas. This role is integral to our company's growth and success, as it entails driving the development and execution of product strategies, managing a product team, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage an innovative product roadmap, aligning it with the company's vision and strategy.
Identify and assess opportunities that align with our business goals and contribute to growth.
Take full ownership of product initiatives from ideation through solution delivery, market value validation, and successful market launch.
Contribute to product pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring they resonate with the specific needs of our customers and business objectives.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, collaborating with the development team throughout the process.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products in accordance with agreed project plans, managing expectations across departments.
Scope and prioritize activities based on their impact on customers and business value.
Drive product launches, working closely with company leadership, engineering, and other product management team members.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas to improve customer experience and increase product adoption.
Deliver detailed requirements to the development team and work collaboratively on their delivery according to a committed schedule and priority.
Requirements
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and customers
Proven experience in product management, preferably within the service industry
Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS products, including development and marketing
Ability to translate business strategy into product strategy
Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new ideas
Strong understanding of business and management principles
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
Proficient in using product management tools and software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to travel as needed for product launches, customer visits, and industry events
