Job Details

ServiceNow HRSD Consultant (only Canadian Citizens)
Remote/Canada

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Employee Document Management, Lifecycle Events, etc.).
  • Work with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and implement end-to-end HR service workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Integrate HRSD with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
  • Support upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for HR metrics.
  • Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with HR data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams on governance and best practices.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
  • 2 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation or support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Employee Center / Employee Center Pro.
  • Understanding of HR integrations and data confidentiality standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
