Software .NET Lead Developer/Architect
We are seeking highly skilled .NET Lead Developer/Architect to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, strong architectural skills, and a passion for building clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures using Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
  • Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET (6+/8) and WinForms internals.
  • Modernize legacy systems and migrate to modern frameworks.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • Build and optimize ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API solutions.
  • Implement efficient data access using Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
  • Write optimized SQL Server queries, manage indexing, and perform performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement unit testing, mocking (Moq), and integration testing strategies.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
     
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET and experience with WinForms internals.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET 6+/8 frameworks.
  • Experience with VB.NET for legacy application support.
  • Solid understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core MVC/API development.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, indexing, tuning).
  • Familiarity with EF Core or Dapper for ORM/data access.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.
  • Strong background in unit testing, Moq, and integration testing.
  • Proven experience in legacy system modernization.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
