Job Title: SAP TM Consultant | S/4HANA Migration | Remote U.S. | Contract-to-Hire

Location: Remote (U.S.) with occasional travel
Position Type: Long-Term Contract-to-Hire (some positions may be straight contract)
Hiring: Multiple Openings (10+)
Citizenship / Clearance Requirement:

    We are seeking SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultants with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and transportation/logistics process optimization. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of SAP TM experience, strong understanding of SAP logistics processes, and exposure to Federal Government or defense-related projects.

    Role Overview

    • Implement, configure, and support SAP TM modules for large-scale transportation and logistics projects.

    • Lead SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transition from legacy TM systems.

    • Collaborate with technical and business teams to design end-to-end transportation management solutions.

    • Integrate SAP TM with other logistics modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.) and optimize workflows.

    • Maintain compliance with federal security and governance standards.

    Required Skills

    • U.S. Citizenship (required for Federal projects)

    • Active or eligible Security Clearance

    • 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM implementation/support experience

    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration

    • Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

    Preferred Skills

    • Prior experience with Federal Government, Defense, or Public Sector clients

    • Experience integrating SAP TM with other SAP logistics modules

    • SAP TM certification
