Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain building space and crew, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
  • Assist with lease renewals, maintenance schedules, executive appointments and maintaining calendars, filing, data entry, and document preparation for building services.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
