Job Description/ Responsibilities:

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will have a strong understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and business process analysis, coupled with experience in implementing or supporting Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (eGRC) platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, MetricStream, or similar). This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology partners to ensure that GRC processes are effectively translated into scalable, user-friendly system solutions. The BSA will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing workflows, identifying gaps, and supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions that enhance our GRC capabilities. This role will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for eGRC capabilities.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.

Support the implementation and enhancement of eGRC platforms, including testing and training

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct gap analyses, and develop process maps and data flow diagrams.

Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including:

o Developing UAT test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria.

o Facilitating UAT execution with business users.

o Logging, tracking, and resolving defects and issues.

o Ensuring stakeholder sign-off and readiness for production deployment.
