Senior Level Systems Engineer / Fast-paced Environment!

Job Description A well-established and growing company in the financial industry is looking for an Executive Systems Engineer to join their Support Team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to C-suite staff and their executive assistants. You will work closely with multiple teams to align priorities and provide technical support both in-office and remotely.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll be able to grow your skills and contribute at a higher level! Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience using Windows in a professional setting
• 2+ years of experience supporting executives and their administrative staff
• 3+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS, Windows, iOS, and AV conferencing equipment
• Experience researching and implementing prosumer technology for home
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• BS in Computer Science or related fields

• Ability to work well on a team and independently
• A self-starter who will continue to refine their skills

• 30% Prosumer tech
• 70% Windows troubleshooting
