Job Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on full stack Software Developer/Tech Lead who will be part of the Investor Experience Technology organization that is responsible for providing solutions for advisors and institutions. Software Development Manager in LPL Financial Services is a critical role that requires strong technical skills. They play a key role in driving innovation and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• As a Tech Lead, guide the team's development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support
• Design, develop, test and implement cloud based technical solutions on AWS.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through technical design, code reviews and implementation of best practices.
• Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a Lead capacity, guiding the team's development efforts towards successful project delivery and application support.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience on Angular, .NET & C#.
• 7+ years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of complex systems, including data and reporting.
• 5+ years' experience with AWS serverless application architecture on public cloud in .Net, Angular, Java Script, and SQL & No-SQL databases. Experience in building event driven systems leveraging Kafka.

Core Competencies:

• Hands-on experience on .NET, C# & Angular.
• Experience using modern application/API containerization and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx etc.)
• Cloud experience (AWS)
• Bring new ideas and help innovate on the suite of products to create and enhance best in class product and technology capabilities.
• Be a team player, continue learning and help teach new or junior members of the team.

Pay Range:
$140,475-$234,125/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
