Senior IBM Netcool Developer (Telecom Fault Management & AIOps)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM Netcool Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Fault Management (FM) and Event Management solutions using IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, Netcool Impact, and Netcool Operations Insight (NOI).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building event collection, normalization, correlation, enrichment, and automation solutions across Telecom network domains including RAN, Core, Transport, IP/MPLS, and IT Infrastructure. The role requires expertise in AIOps, event-driven automation, alarm correlation, root cause analysis, and large-scale network monitoring environments.

- Experience working in Telecom NOC/Operations environments.
- Strong understanding of event correlation and fault management processes.
- Experience integrating Netcool with ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML-driven Operations (AIOps).
- Experience with OpenNMS or HPE TeMIP.
- Knowledge of Telecom inventory and topology systems.
- Experience with cloud-native monitoring and observability platforms.
