Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Junior IT Project Lead, where you'll manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in project management while contributing to global initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules and manage meetings to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Compile and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, effectively utilizing team resources.
  • Document all project phases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings, tracking action items, and generating reports.
  • Support communication efforts, including change notifications and newsletters for global teams.
  • Act as a backup for the lead project manager when necessary, ensuring continuity in project oversight.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power BI, for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on efficient results delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Preferred Skills
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience in regulatory or quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across different time zones in a global team setting.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
