- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

- 5+ years of experience working with .NET Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, VB.Net and MVC

- 5+ years of experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server, Web API, EDI development, jQuery and Bootstrap

- Experience implementing API Webservices

- Experience working in an Agile scrum-based environment

- Experience working with offshore team members

- Experience working the full development life cycle including discovery, implementation, and delivery (on time and on budget)

- SQL experience: querying, table design, DB administration, stored procedures, etc.

- Website development

- Angular, JavaScript, HTML, HTTP, CSS, and JQuery

- Proficient with microservice architecture development

- Design and estimate skills


- Passionate about software development and delivering high quality applications

- Experience in Agile Applications Development and Scrum methodologies

- Solid communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

- Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently, and collaborate with others as integral part of the team

- Experience working with legacy monolithic type architectures and refactoring to modern day architectures and frameworks

- Experience working with Git based source control, branching, and workflows

- Experience working with Angular framework 7+, including npm, Angular CLI, and TypeScript

- Working knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Design-Patterns, SOA, IOC, and Dependency Injection

- Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, or React/Redux.

- MSBuild, Jenkins, Containers

- Test Driven Delivery (TDD)

- TFS, Git

- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

- Fullstack Application Development .Net for the Medical Services team supporting PPO and MBR

- Keep current/upcoming projects on track/resourced appropriately, position needed to join existing Medical Services team/participate in development efforts, particularly around support and troubleshoot production environments and production issues

- Ability to guide and lead deliverables and team of offshore developers

- Actively participate as a member of an agile team

- Ability to work in onshore/offshore model

- Partner with development and Architecture teams to design, develop, and deliver clean, efficient code based on business and innovation specifications

- Encourage best practices in creating effective designs and writing maintainable, reusable code

- Ability to continuously learn and improve as an Engineer
