Salesforce Scrum Master- Houston, TX (Hybrid onsite 4 days a week)

Experience:

8+ overall technology project experience

4+ years of experience as a scrum master with large scale enterprise transformation programs

2+ years of Experience on Salesforce projects

Job Requirements

Lead agile teams across Salesforce workstreams

Manage product owners and stakeholder communications and expectation alignment

Manage backlog and story grooming with product owners

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

Manage team capacity and planning - story points, velocity and burndown

Coach team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Coordinate with release management team to align schedule and sequence of deployments and release plans

Help teams implement changes effectively

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

Requirements

Experience in a scrum master role with CSM certification

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
