Job Description:
The Business Analyst provides analysis of existing processes and data requirements to drive continuous improvement of ES processes and procedures. They will analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. The Business Analyst will review technical designs to identify enablers and dependencies.

Job Description:
The Business Analyst provides analysis of existing processes and data requirements to drive continuous improvement of ES processes and procedures. The Business Analyst will review technical designs to identify enablers and dependencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary interface with business partners, stake holders, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams
- Work with business users to organize, analyze and document business requirements regarding controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security protocols, and organizational policies.
- Continually improve, automate and streamline existing processes.
- Analyze business requirements to determine how Data & Analytics can best functionally fulfill those needs.
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
- Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools (Waterfall & Agile)
- Must have technology project background and understand full SDLC.
- Understand core functions for current and future state business processes technical data flows.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to optimize how the business is being operated and applications are being used to drive business performance and processes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 9+ years as a Business Analyst in technology projects
- 2 to 4 years accounting or systems experience in an automated environment.
- Experience with computer systems analysis, development, testing and conversion.
- Experience planning System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SQL and other data tools.
- Horizon toolset familiarity
- Change Management familiarity
