Seeking an Agile Scrum Master - Lead Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles
- Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress
- Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholder
- Administer Agile tools such as Agility
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Highly motivated and technically proficient Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience with software development processes, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
- Prior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or systems engineering
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges
- Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
- Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly
Desired skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
- SAFe Scrum Master or other scaled Agile certifications
- Understanding and focus on business outcomes
- Strong teamwork skills
