Job Details

A Biotech company is looking to bring on a Desktop Support Specialist II. This role will have you supporting end users, assisting on projects and large installations. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Exton PA.

In this role you will need experience with overall desktop support of software and hardware, have experience working within a Windows and AWS environment. Having server migration experience is a very big plus in this role, and prior experience managing a helpdesk and manning the phones with incoming inquires is needed.
