Description:

Our client is all about groundbreaking payment solutions, especially for big live events. They make cashless transactions lightning-fast using RFID technology -- which makes clients more money and gives users a top-notch experience.

They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the go-to person for product development and strategy. You'll be onsite, right in the mix of downtown Manhattan, working closely with Operations and Development. You'll be responsible for leading product management efforts, fine-tuning roadmaps, and making sure everybody in Development, Sales, Client Success, and Operations is on the same page.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate and disseminate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, execute A/B tests, and facilitate user feedback sessions to validate the product direction.
  • Craft and uphold a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Champion cross-functional teams during product and feature launches.
  • Manage communication pertaining to product updates and ongoing development.

Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of 3+ years of progressive product management experience within the realm of B2B software and hardware.
  • Exhibit expertise in SCRUM, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in UX/UI design principles.
  • Be capable of undertaking approximately 25% travel.
  • Previous involvement in a startup environment and/or familiarity with hospitality technology is a valuable asset.
