Job Summary:
The NC Programmer, Industrial Engineer is responsible for writing and maintaining NC Programs for 30+ CNC machines. They are responsible for implementing the latest machining technology into our work cells and optimizing machining operations to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Summary:
The NC Programmer, Industrial Engineer is responsible for writing and maintaining NC Programs for 30+ CNC machines. They are responsible for implementing the latest machining technology into our work cells and optimizing machining operations to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize NC programs for machining equipment.
- Maintain all existing programs in accordance with TIC and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Implement the latest cutting technology to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and operators to optimize machine work cells.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering in the commissioning of new CNC machines and work centers.
- Find solutions to overcome production issues such as machine down situations and fixing non-conforming parts.
- Develop part fixturing needed for new products or product changes.
- Ensure routing times for machining operations are in alignment with setup times and programmed cycle times.
- Lead the integration and transition of MasterCAM into the business.
- Maintain the CNC programming software and equipment, including DNC, and program storage.
- Work with Quality to maintain and improve our in-process quality inspections.
- Create and maintain CNC Machining Work Instructions.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering minimum
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Industrial Engineering
- Experience with writing and maintaining NC Programs for CNC machines
