Job Details

Role: Technical Marketing Writer

Location: Remote (Occasional travel required)

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, product brochures, technical data sheets, and user guides.

Develop engaging web pages, blog posts, articles, and newsletters that simplify technical concepts for a broader audience.

Marketing Collateral:

Craft persuasive marketing content that highlights the features and benefits of our products and services.

Generate content for sales presentations, proposals, and other sales support materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and developers to gather technical information.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies and business objectives.

Editing and Proofreading:

Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain a consistent tone and style across all technical marketing materials.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a technical writer or marketing writer, preferably in a technology-driven industry.

Experience in the parking or real-estate management industry is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and engagingly.

Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and products.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in SEO and experience with content optimization for search engines is a plus.

Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
