Job Description

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Skills:

  • Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation project rollout
  • Manage and support Oracle HCM System configurations and architecture
  • Excellent knowledge  of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like Global Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management.

Required Understanding and experience:

  • 9+ Experience with Oracle HCM  ERP technology
  • 5 + Experience with  Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Recruitment, Workforce & Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management
  • Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience on end-to-end fusion HCM implementation projects
  • Strong experience with HCM Extract (HR Archive, Payroll Interface types, Benefits), BI Reports (RTF, eText and Excel Template, XSL) and OTBI.
  • Strong experience with  in HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL (File Based Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader) conversion process.
