The Arc Erie County is looking for a Senior Information Technology Specialist!What you'll be doing: As our
Senior Information Technology Specialist, you'll be responsible for assembling and maintaining all PC-related hardware and software for all departments of the Agency; provides technical support as needed; develops and implements preventative maintenance schedules on all computers; provides technical computer training to staff members.
You will be responsible for...
- Providing technical support & administration as needed
- Creates, maintains, and generates reports on a scheduled or as needed basis to all levels of the Agency.
- Troubleshoots and solves technical problems, monitors and addresses help desk tickets. Escalates problems/issues to the System Support Manager as needed.
What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in computer Related Field plus (1) yrs. professional experience
ORAssociate Degree in Computer Related Field plus (2) yrs. Experience in the field of Help Desk
What The Arc Erie County can offer: - $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
