Title: Business Analyst (Level 2)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

About the Role
seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a major legacy system replacement initiative. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions, with a passion for process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business and IT teams—translating requirements, conducting gap analyses, and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping workflows, supporting project management, and driving adoption of new systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pension administration systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration.
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
- Product Owner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during product visioning and concept development.
- Support project management activities including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilitate JAD sessions, stakeholder meetings, and serve as a point of contact for feature clarification.
- Define test scenarios, create test plans, and support UAT execution.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on legacy system replacement and workflow development projects.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions and working independently on strategic issues.
- Customer-centric mindset with innovative and proactive problem-solving skills.
