Description:
The UX Design System Program Manager will work to increase usage of the UX Design System across Client business lines by analyzing gaps in adoption across suite of digital products. The role will require working closely with UX, operations, business, and technology partners to execute implementation plans while ensuring compliance with local and regional regulatory considerations. Success be defined by increased adoption of the Design System across all digital products and thus a more streamlined, consistent experience for both Major Global Bank staff and clients.
Duties
• Become an SME on the functionality associated with the Client DS and associated libraries
• Partner with development teams to understand UX needs and identify gaps
• Manage list of requests for changes and enhancements to the Client DS and associated libraries
• Participate in setting strategic direction for which requests to prioritize, taking into account both the need for standardization and business-specific needs
• Achieve project objectives using a comprehensive knowledge of technology, operations, and business to achieve project objectives.
• Assists with in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and help develop innovative solutions.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bankgroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Experience with a large scale consulting firm is a plus
Fintech background is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
