Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and driven Power Platform Developer to design, build, and implement innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and empowering citizen developers through education and support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly applications and workflows, while also ensuring platform performance and integration with broader Microsoft ecosystems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Solid understanding of platform administration, including environments, DLP policies, Dataverse, security roles, and the COE Starter Kit.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and other internal systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint development and customization.
  • Technical fluency in SQL, Power FX, DAX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with building and managing custom connectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in solution design, process gap analysis, application development, and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
