Designs and implements advanced processes and analytics associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to enable informed business decisions.
Essential Responsibilities- Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying highly technical analysis techniques analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate Sources.
- Provides insight from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
- Effectively uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
- Mentors less senior staff.
- Works in cross functional projects and programs.
- Routinely presents to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Expertise in application architecture and development using Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, SSIS, and strong SQL query skills.
- Experience with data science and operations research tools and methodologies.
- Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and convert manual bottlenecks into automated, agentic workflows (e.g., Alteryx).
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as ServiceNow NOW Assist and Gemini Enterprise, to build autonomous agents that resolve complex user requests.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including navigation, integration points, and functional processes.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to support a portfolio of initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to support strategic initiatives and motivate teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, adaptable to various audiences.
Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance.
Minimum ExperienceSeven (7) years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSuperior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills.
