Job Description (What Client Is Looking For)
Client needs an experienced UKG Workforce Central Consultant to implement and support Kronos WFC 8.0 solutions for a multi-national environment. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirements analysis, functional design, configuration, integration, and testing. The role involves configuring Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance modules, managing WIM integrations, Kronos clocks setup via WDM, and handling SDM activities. Candidate must be able to work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- 5 8 years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFC
- Experience with version 8.0 modules and features (e.g., Navigators)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
