Job Title: SAP Ariba Integration Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA. Onsite/Hybrid from Day1.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Integration Consultant to support the continued rollout of a global S/4HANA 1909 template across key LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama. This role is critical to delivering localized procurement and invoicing capabilities integrated with SAP S/4HANA and aligned with regional tax compliance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions for LATAM countries, with a focus on Buying & Invoicing (B&I) and CIG-based integration with S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure localization of tax and regulatory requirements, including LATAM-specific tax configuration in Ariba.
- Act as the primary liaison with business users, technical teams, and SMEs to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and drive implementation.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement across procurement and invoicing processes.
- Support end-to-end testing, data validation, and deployment activities for Ariba integrations.
- Resolve production issues, support rollout initiatives, and contribute to enhancement projects within the Ariba landscape.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 12+ years of SAP experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba implementations, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA integration project.
- Proven experience implementing SAP Ariba in LATAM, including tax configurations and localization needs for Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, or Panama.
- Strong expertise in Ariba P2P (Buying & Invoicing), catalogs, and CIG-based integration with S/4HANA.
- Ability to design and document functional specifications, test cases, and process flows. Experienced in working with suppliers, Ariba support, and internal business teams during rollouts and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of SAP MM and FI-MM integration concepts; knowledge of SAP SRM is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Ariba Procurement Certification is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with LATAM tax regulations and compliance processes in procurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
